This lesson focuses on how to address a performance gap.  You will learn how to prepare for the discussion, deal with charged emotions and get beyond your own judgments.  Trusting the COACH process is paramount in these situations so that you don’t fall into the trap of simply telling the employee your right answer to fix the performance gap.
