Background
As a former Senior Vice President for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network and Partners Healthcare, Nancy drove a five-fold expansion of the network over 10 years. She achieved this by unifying groups with competing interests around a win-win vision and building strong relationships with referring hospitals and physicians.
Nancy is a recognized thought leader and the co-editor of two books, “Outcome-Based Rehabilitation” and “Staff Development and Clinical Intervention in Brain Injury Rehabilitation”. She has also developed and led specialized training and workshops on the critical role of teamwork in achieving clinical outcomes.
Nancy coaches both senior executives to more clearly articulate their vision and emerging leaders to define their career direction and realize their goals. She is known for her engaging, collaborative, and outcome-based approach that moves individuals and teams from good to great.
