Just finished my Leader as Coach course with Tandem Solutions. The materials and videos provided were useful in seeing how the concepts played out in a real world setting. I will continue to use the online templates as and tools for my future coaching sessions. The best part of the program was the small group coaching opportunities with my peers at the University. All of us came from different backgrounds and departments, not knowing each other previously. By the end of the program, we were all able to cultivate a safe space to talk honestly and authentically about difficult conversations we were having as managers. Our facilitator was amazing and continually challenged us to apply the coaching concepts to each of our scenarios.
