Steve Ng works with individuals and companies to identify unrealized potential and coaches them to attain new levels of effectiveness. Steve advises executives in large corporations and owners of small to mid-sized companies. His experience spans multiple business disciplines and industries.
Steve has over twenty years of experience in large corporations, including, Raytheon, Hawaiian Airlines, United Airlines, JPMorgan Chase and NYNEX, a predecessor of Verizon. He has held positions, in finance, marketing, sales, technology, operations and customer service. He is experienced in managing large and small teams from call centers to sales to software development.
Steve has almost ten years experience teaching undergraduate and graduate students at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. He has taught courses in a variety of business subjects, including interpersonal communications, negotiations, competitive strategy and entrepreneurship.
As a entrepreneur, Steve has experience hiring and developing teams at his own ventures. In 2010, he started Paxelax, a business consulting and executive coaching firm. In 2019, he co-founded Diginuiti, a digital marketing agency, and in 2021, he purchased a large interest in Hamboards, a specialty skateboard manufacturer. Steve received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is the co-inventor of two patents and in 2024 filed for a third. He is currently working toward his certification as a TandemCoachTM
