Steve brings over 20 years of corporate experience from major companies like Raytheon, JPMorgan Chase, and United Airlines. His leadership roles spanned a wide range of business disciplines, including finance, marketing, sales, technology, operations, and customer service
He is an accomplished University Business Professor, teaching undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics. His courses cover a variety of critical business subjects, including interpersonal communications, negotiations, competitive strategy, and entrepreneurship.
As a hands-on entrepreneur, Steve has founded a business consulting firm, co-founded a digital marketing agency, and purchased a large interest in a specialty skateboard manufacturer. He is also the co-inventor of two patents, with a third filed in 2024.
