What happens to what I type into the coach? Is it private?
Your conversations are yours alone. Chats stay with your individual account and refresh daily, so nothing is retained, nothing is used to train the AI, and nobody else, including us, can read them back. You can name a real person and describe a real situation without it living anywhere afterwards.
Is the AI coach instead of a human coach?
No. It is what happens between the human sessions. The AI runs the weekly loop of recall, debrief and commitment. A real Tandem coach handles the live group sessions, where you bring the thing you are genuinely stuck on.
How soon do I get access after I pay?
Within twenty four hours. Accounts are set up by hand rather than auto generated, so a person checks your details, provisions your seat and emails your login. If you bought seats for a team, send us the names and we will set each one up.
How does billing work?
It is an annual subscription of $1,000 per person, charged through Stripe and renewing automatically each year. Cancel any time before your renewal date and it simply stops. No cancellation maze, no retention call, no escalating price.
How do the live sessions work?
Group sessions on Zoom with a Tandem coach, capped at ten people. Dates are posted inside the Academy and emailed to members, and you claim your seat there. You submit the challenge you are stuck on when you register, so the coach arrives already knowing your situation instead of asking you to explain it in front of nine other people.
What if a session is full?
You take the next one. Ten is a hard cap because eleven stops being coaching and starts being a webinar. We add sessions as the membership grows, so seats keep pace with members rather than the other way round.
Can I put my whole team in it?
Yes, and most buyers do. Choose the number of seats at checkout. Buy three or more and we will run a one hour kickoff session with a Tandem coach for your group specifically. Email us after you sign up and we will schedule it.
Do I get new courses as they come out?
Yes, at no extra cost. We are releasing one to two new courses every quarter and everything we build lands in your account automatically while your membership is active.
How much time does this take?
The courses are self paced. The coach takes ten to fifteen minutes a week. Live sessions are scheduled in advance and you attend the ones you actually need.
What if I fall behind?
Nothing expires and nothing locks. You have the full year, the courses are self paced, and the coach picks up wherever you left off. Falling behind is normal. The point is the next attempt, not the streak.
Is this for new managers or experienced ones?
Both, and they use it differently. New managers work through the foundations in order. Experienced managers usually skip to the capability that is actually the problem and use the coach on live situations from week one.
How is this different from your $15,000 cohort?
The cohort is for a team and it comes with measurement. Fifteen behaviours scored before and after by each manager and their leader, an executive debrief, and a written ninety day guarantee. The Academy gives you the learning and the coaching. The cohort gives you a number that proves it moved.
Can you invoice us instead of taking a card?
Yes. Checkout takes a card for speed, but if your finance team needs a purchase order or an invoice, book a call and we will set it up that way.
