Your members keep getting promoted into jobs nobody trained them for.
You cannot fix that with another webinar, and you do not have the staff to build a program of your own.
Tandem Academy is a full leadership program anyone in your network can join for $1,000 a year. Members, suppliers, vendors, chapter partners, prospects. You promote it, Tandem delivers all of it, and you keep 30% of every membership, every year it renews.
Twenty minutes. Bring your member roster, your vendor list and your prospect list, and we will show you what the revenue looks like at your scale.
- $300 per person, per year
- No delivery work for your staff
- No inventory, no minimums, no fee to participate
- Co-branded as a benefit of your membership
- Tracked enrollment link so attribution is automatic
Most non-dues revenue makes money and adds nothing your members remember.
Sponsorships, ad inventory, affinity deals. They generate a line item and they cost you brand equity, because the member experiences them as clutter. Every one of them also has a ceiling, and you hit it the moment your inventory sells out.
Leadership development is the opposite trade. Your members already need it. They are managers who were promoted because they were good at the work, and then the work changed, and nobody trained them for the part that came after. The programs that would fix it cost $15,000 to $50,000 and go to people at companies large enough to buy them.
Your members are almost never at companies that large. That gap is the offer.

The same approach we run inside hospitals, universities and Fortune 500 teams, packaged so a twenty person company can afford it.
Three layers, working together for twelve months.
One of these alone is a course. All three is a system that changes what someone does on a Tuesday.
Nine full courses
Every course in the Tandem catalogue, not a sampler. Videos, assessments, workplace application instructions and our TandemTools exercises. Plus every new course we release while they are a member, at no extra cost.
The AI Coach, year round
Available whenever they need it. It does not lecture. It asks what they actually did last week, walks through what went wrong, and makes them commit to a specific next attempt with a name and a date on it.
Live coaching with real coaches
Group sessions on Zoom with a Tandem coach. Ten seats. Members submit their challenge beforehand so the coach arrives prepared for their situation, not a generic one.
Bought one course at a time, the catalogue runs $17,825. See the full member-facing detail on the Tandem Academy page.
Four steps. None of them land on your staff.
We set up your link
You get a tracked enrollment link and a co-branded landing page. Nothing to build, nothing to host, no contract fee.
You promote it
Newsletter, member portal, conference, chapter meetings. We supply the copy, the images and the email sequence so your team writes nothing.
Tandem delivers
Enrollment, accounts, courses, the AI coach, the live sessions and every support question. Your association never touches delivery.
You get paid, every year
30% of every membership sold through your link, paid quarterly. It pays again on every renewal, not just the first year.
Your members are the start, not the ceiling.
Most non-dues programs are capped at the size of your membership roster. This one is not. Anyone in your orbit can enroll, and every one of them pays your association $300 a year.
The obvious audience
The managers already on your roster, most of them at organisations too small to buy a $15,000 program on their own.
Your exhibitor list
The companies that sponsor your events and buy your booth space. They have managers too, and they already pay to be close to you.
Everyone adjacent
Affiliated chapters, allied associations, and the partner organisations you already co-market with.
The list you already own
People who never joined, or who let membership lapse. A $1,000 program is a reason to talk to them again, and a reason for them to come back.
Open it to all of them and the revenue compounds.
There is no restriction on who can enroll through your link. Every enrollment pays you 30%, whether that person is a dues-paying member or not.
What 30% looks like as enrollments add up.
The number that matters is not the first year. It is the fact that a member who renews pays you again without you promoting anything twice.
| People enrolled | Your revenue |
|---|---|
| 10 | $3,000 |
| 25 | $7,500 |
| 50 | $15,000 |
| 100 | $30,000 |
| 250 | $75,000 |
Illustration, not a projection. Every figure is annual and repeats each year a member renews, so year two starts from this number rather than zero.
There is no floor and no fee to find out.
No minimum enrollment, no participation cost, no exclusivity clause. If nobody signs up, you have spent an email.
A video library changes nothing. We wrote a book about why.
Most of what someone learns in a training session is gone within weeks, and their behaviour slides back to wherever it started. That is not a flaw in the person. It is what happens to learning with nothing behind it.
Four things decide whether a program changes what someone does: spacing it over time, forcing recall, giving real feedback, and practising deliberately. Almost every product in this category has one of them.
- Spacing. Twelve months, not two days. The calendar is part of the design.
- Retrieval. The AI coach asks members to produce what they learned from memory and apply it to a real situation from last week.
- Feedback. The coach debriefs what actually happened. A live human coach handles what the AI cannot.
- Deliberate practice. Every loop ends with a named person, a date, and one specific thing they are changing.
This matters to you and not just to the member. Non-dues revenue that renews requires a product people finish.

Join the partnership and two of your own staff go through it free.
Two seats, no charge, for as long as you are a partner. Your directors, managers or emerging leaders go through the same program you are about to put in front of everyone else.
The practical reason
You cannot credibly recommend a program nobody on your team has used. Two seats means two people who can answer a question from experience instead of from a brochure.
The strategic reason
Associations tell everyone else to develop their people. Doing it internally closes that gap, and your own bench gets stronger while the revenue stream runs.
Two free staff seats, included with the partnership.
No fee to join, no minimum enrollment, no exclusivity, and two of your own people in the program from day one at no cost.
Free staff seats are for people employed by your association and are not resold. Additional staff seats beyond the first two are $1,000 each per year, the same as everyone else pays.
This is not right for every association.
Strong fit if
- Your network includes managers, or people trying to become one
- Most of them work at organisations too small to buy a $15,000 program
- You have an email list, a member portal or a conference where you can put an offer
- You want revenue that renews rather than revenue you resell every year
Not right if
- You want a one-time motivational keynote
- You want passive on-demand video with no coaching or reinforcement
- You need an exclusive category lock or a guaranteed revenue minimum
- You are not willing to promote it more than once
What association partners ask before they sign.
How exactly does the 30% work?
Your association gets a tracked enrollment link. Every membership purchased through it pays you $300, and it pays again each year that member renews. Payment is quarterly. There is no cap and no tier you have to reach first.
Does it cost us anything to participate?
No. No setup fee, no license, no minimum enrollment, no annual commitment. If the program does not work for your membership, you stop promoting it and nothing is owed.
Do we have to build or teach anything?
No. Tandem provides the courses, the AI coach, the live coaching sessions, enrollment and all member support. Your association promotes the offering and earns the revenue.
Can it be co-branded with our association?
Yes. It is presented as a benefit of your membership rather than a third-party add-on, so the value reflects on your association.
What does each person actually get for $1,000?
All nine courses plus every new one we release during their year, the AI coach year round, live group coaching sessions with a Tandem coach, TandemTools exercises and assessments, and a certificate on completion of each course. Bought individually those courses run $17,825.
How do the live coaching sessions work?
Group sessions on Zoom, capped at ten seats so everyone gets time. Members submit the challenge they are stuck on beforehand, so the coach walks in already prepared for their situation. Session dates are posted inside the Academy and emailed to members. We run one to two a month now and add more as membership grows.
What about our members’ data and privacy?
Coaching conversations stay with the individual member. Chat history refreshes daily, so neither the AI nor anyone else retains it. Your association does not receive individual coaching content, and we do not use it to train anything.
How fast do members get access?
Within 24 hours of payment. Accounts are set up individually and login details are emailed directly to the member.
Can someone enroll their whole team?
Yes, and many do. Three or more seats from the same organisation includes a live one hour kickoff session with a Tandem coach for that group. Every seat still pays your association $300 a year.
Do they have to be a member of our association?
No. Anyone can enroll through your link and it pays you the same 30%. Suppliers, vendors, exhibitors, chapter partners, prospects and lapsed members all count. For most associations the non-member audience is larger than the member roster, which is where the revenue actually scales.
Can we run this alongside our existing education offerings?
Yes, and it usually complements them. Conferences and webinars are events. The Academy is the twelve months in between, which is where behaviour actually changes.
How do we know it is working?
You see enrollments and renewals through your link. We review completion and engagement with you at the end of the first year and decide together what to change.
What is the catch?
You have to promote it more than once. Associations that send one email get a handful of enrollments. Associations that put it in the newsletter, mention it at the conference and email it twice a year get the numbers in the table above.
Twenty minutes, and you will know if this fits your network.
Tell us who is in your network, members and non-members alike, and what you have tried before. We will show you what the revenue looks like at your size, what promoting it actually takes, and where it has not worked. If we do not think your people will buy it, we will say so on the call.
