The Tandem Solution
| We launched Leadership Learning Circles where 6-7 leaders were organized into peer groups. Each group identified their priorities of interest, and we conducted monthly, virtual coaching sessions to address their specific needs. Content areas ranged from leading in a virtual environment, self-care in uncertain times, promoting stability, and establishing new norms with their teams. |
The Results
| Leaders reported they didn’t feel alone to navigate this moment by themselves, and with their peers learned how to support and learn together. Many peer groups continued to meet after we completed our work with them as they created a strong network of support. |
