Massachusetts Workforce Training Grants

Upskill Your Team. Let Massachusetts Pick Up the Tab.

Tandem Solutions is proud to announce that we are now an approved training provider for the Massachusetts Commonwealth Corporation’s Workforce Training Fund. Through their newly expanded grant programs, eligible MA businesses can get our elite training completely funded or heavily subsidized by the state.

The Opportunity: Elite Training at Zero Net Cost

The state of Massachusetts has allocated millions of dollars to help local businesses stay competitive. Because our curriculum has been vetted and approved by the state, you can leverage these funds to train your employees at a fraction of the cost—or completely free.

The state offers two distinct grant pathways:

1. The Express Program (For Companies of 100 Employees or Fewer)

The Express Program is designed for speed and simplicity. If you have 100 or fewer MA W-2 employees, you are eligible for 100% reimbursement on our approved courses.

  • The Math: The state reimburses 100% of the training cost, capped at $3,000 per employee, per course.
  • The Limit: You can receive up to $15,000 in Express Grant funding per calendar year.

Our Express program cheat sheet steps you through the grant application process.

2. The General Program (For Larger Companies & Major Initiatives)

If you have more than 100 employees, or if you are a smaller company looking to launch a massive training initiative beyond the Express limit, the General Program is your solution.

  • The Math: The state provides a 50% dollar-for-dollar match on your training investments.
  • The Limit: Companies can secure up to $250,000 in grant funding for comprehensive, long-term training plans.

Even better: Your company can participate in BOTH programs simultaneously to maximize your total training budget.
