To complement and reinforce the online learning, a Tandem Solutions’ expert facilitator will lead the coaching sessions to provide you the opportunity to debrief your application on the concepts, and facilitate self insights so you may refine your approach to be successful in your environment. These coaching sessions are an important part of the program and it’s crucial that you come prepared to engage with your colleagues. Be sure to finish the online work early to give yourself time to work through the application exercises before the coaching session.
As you progress through a course, you will see Mark Complete button at the bottom of the page. If there is a Learning Self-Assessment you will not see a Mark Complete button. Rather, when you complete the assessment and continue onto the next topic, it will automatically mark that topic complete.
Upon completion of the course you will receive a downloadable Course Certificate of Completion. Please note that all topics must be marked “complete” in order to receive the certificate. The purple download button will appear on this course landing page.
To complete your course pre-work, click on the first item in Course Content below. As you complete each item, your progress will be indicated in the Course Progress Bar.
